The card mat allows for super quick and easy cutting of cards in the Cricut Joy machine. There is no card mat for the Cricut Maker or Explore, but I’m trying to figure out a DIY hack for one, so stay tuned.

All Smart materials can be cut without a mat in the Cricut Joy. Materials you already own need to be placed on mats to be cut by the Joy.
