3 Brothers Matching Shirts
Need a gift for a set of brothers? Super cute design for iron-on 3 brothers matching shirts. Original inspiration from Pinterest and design was cut out with my Cricut Maker and ironed on with the Easy Press. Hope this design and quick and easy process inspires you to go out and make your own version.

Designed In Design Space
Original Design was seen on Pinterest and there are several versions. I edited the wording to my liking. The font is a 100% FREE font from Da Font called Star Jedi. The design was made easily in Design Space. I get tons of FREE fonts from Da Font. Be sure to read the licensing. Some are 100% FREE and other are only free for personal use and commercial use can be bought.
Cut Out With The Cricut Maker
I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the Cricut Maker. The maker quickly and easily cut out the words out of dark blue iron on (heat transfer vinyl – HTV) material. The unwanted excess material was removed or also known as “weeded.”
This particular Heat Transfer Vinyl is from AliExpress. I purchased it for $3.87, now on SALE for $1.99. Just remember that purchases from AliExpress come directly from China, so please allow for longer shipping times. AliExpress is similar to Wish, but I prefer AliExpress because they have FREE Shipping items, like this one.
Iron On With The Easy Press
Ironing on the design was super simple and was done easily as seen in the YouTube video above. Using the Easy Press at 330 degrees, the design was laid out and ironed on initially for 10-15 seconds. To fully set and adhere to adhesive vinyl a final press was done after the adhesive backing was removed for 15+ seconds. A Teflon sheet was used whenever pressing in order to protect both the design and the heat press.
